Manufactoring process of Weft hair in Ivirgohair factory
Hair extensions are now a popular product in the beauty industry and a “weapon” to help women gain confidence. Hair extensions are a secret weapon that can enhance the beauty of your natural hair.
Ivirgohair, a company with ten years of wig manufacture and trading expertise, now operates 2 hair factories located in 2 communes Yen Thang and Yen Cuong with a capacity of up to 2 tons/month. Having your own factory opens up a world of possibilities. This is how we can create customized hair extension orders with no limitations.
But do you understand how hair extensions are created? Today, I’m excited to show you how we make hair extensions in our factory.
- Step 1: Raw hair collection
Two forms of hair are recognized as the raw materials for hair. Human hair can be either remy or non-remy.Remy has braided hair that was cut from someone’s head. whose hair cuticles are all pointing in the same direction (just an analogy). The hair cuticle is disordered in non-Remy hair, which is unusual.
The managers, who have extensive production expertise and are aware of the needs of their clients, choose and purchase the raw materials themselves.
- Step 2: Pick up hair
Hair will be collected from the women and tied into bundles, with each bundle containing hairs of varying lengths. When they arrive at the hair factory, workers will start sorting the hair by length, which helps to make the hair even and beautiful in the finished product to meet the needs of the customer.
- Step 3: Wash hair
After selecting the hair and treating the short hairs, the hair will be carefully examined and cleaned to disinfect. The hair bundles will be soaked in a bath of water containing disinfectant for a while. This process is carried out very gently to ensure that the hair can retain its shine and elasticity. This mixture of chemicals used to clean the hair will slowly clean the hair without damaging its outer cuticle.
After being washed, hair will be dried with natural sunlight rather than using a dryer, which can cause the hair to become dry and frizzy and lose its natural shine. Exposing your hair to the sun and wind during the manufacturing process may take a long time, but it will help preserve the quality and prevent hair damage.
- Step 4: Making bulk hair
Workers will remove the fibers to remove unqualified short hairs to assist the bundle in setting the desired length and ensuring that the bundle contains no short hairs. Professionally trained workers will then arrange the hair in one direction to create a high-quality remy hair product.
- Step 5: Sewin the weft
This is a critical step in creating a weft bundle. Our weft line is 1-2m long and will be sewn by skilled workers. To produce a perfect product, the workers must have extensive experience with the sewing machine. We are constantly learning new sewing technologies in order to produce more and more high quality weft bundles.
- Step 6: Make textures
Workers will create textures and colors based on the needs of the customer.
Workers will remove the old hair color and dye other hair colors with high-quality dyes to avoid damaging the hair.
They will straighten the hair with chemicals and an iron machine to create bone straight hair products. Straightening our hair with a dedicated straightener takes about an hour.
Workers will style and steam hair according to customer specifications, using modern machines to make curling easier and more effective.
- Step 7: wash and deep conditioning
Workers clean their hair by soaking it in shampoo and conditioner to remove dirt and oil. The washing process will be repeated until the hair is completely clean before moving on to the next step. The hair will then be moisturized with moisturizing oil to keep it smooth. This is a important step in producing a shiny hair product.
- Step 8: Finish product
We will comb the hair again after the production steps are completed to check the quality of the hair and remove any unsatisfactory hairs. This hair brushing step will be performed prior to weighing and measuring your hair, so you can be confident that the weight and length of your hair will be as specified before shipment.
- Step 9: Packaging
The final step is to package the hair. The factory will double-check the hair and pack it for shipment to our office in Hanoi. Sales will double-check and take the videos and photos before sending them to customers. When the customer is satisfied with the hair, we will pack it and ship it to the customer.
