RETURN POLICY OF IVIRGO
When you purchase hair from IVIRGO HAIR, we are willing to provide you with free returns and exchanges without shipping cost under certain conditions.
Our entire line of products is made from 100% natural human hair. Because each bundle is made up of individual people, we cannot make sure all of hair color and textures. We can only make every effort to find the best matches to meet your needs. You can check your order and see if the color matches by taking photos or making a video call before we ship the hair.
There are a few things you should check before returning our hair.
WHEN you want to return the hair, please make sure some conditions
- We will provide a refund on hair extensions within 7 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
- The hair has not been installed to wigs, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
- The hair has to be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
- The hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
- Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.
We will not accept your returns or exchanges which do not follow those requirements.
WHO pay for shipping? All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We are responsible for the shipping cost when we send new hair for you.
The most important point is you have to contact us to make your return, in case the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please keep in mind that refunds for merchandise returned without first contacting us are not guaranteed.
After we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair is eligible for a refund, we will issue you a full refund. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. When your return requirement is accepted, we will repay your money via PayPal.

You are protected by the following guarantee if any of the hair bundles you received have manufacturing flaws:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo or video of the problem and request solutions.
- We will evaluate your claims and give solutions because most problems can be resolved through maintenance we may give you recommended product(s) that will deal with those problems. If the issue cannot be resolved, you must return the hair to us. And we’ll deal with this problem..
- In order for us to determine whether your purchase can be replaced, your order must be returned to our office. All shipping and removal fees are the client’s obligation. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized hair products.
